Our Low-Carb Meal Plan Bundle features 4 unique weekly meal plans that have been carefully crafted by our in-house dietitian and feature easy and delicious daily recipes and snacks.
It's important to note that there is no strict definition for a Low Carbohydrate Diet. Our Low-Carb Meal Plans offer between 17-30% of total calories from carbohydrates and an emphasis on moderate protein intake and healthy fats. Each day's plan features meals and snacks that total between 1600-1800 calories. You may require more calories depending on your age, size, gender, and level of physical activity. See our FAQ page for more information on individual calorie requirements.
Each unique meal plan will be added to your account and does not expire so you can feel free to revisit your favorites week after week. These Meal Plans can also be customized by replacing, adding or removing recipes based on your personal preferences.
Once you have completed your purchase you will be prompted to redeem your Meal Plan. Simply follow the prompt on the purchase confirmation page and your Meal Plans will be added to your account.
Once your Subscription Meal Plan has been added to your account it can be accessed at any time in the drop-down menu on the Meal Plans page or by clicking My Account and selecting Meal Plans
If you would like to make changes to your Subscription Meal Plan, you simply need to rename it and then you can customize it as much as you like. Renaming it prevents the Subscription Meal Plan from being accidentally overwritten, so you can come back to it week after week if you wish.
We believe that Saturday night is a time to enjoy yourself so in our Healthy Meal Plans we leave this meal completely up to you. Either cook your favorite recipe or treat yourself to a night out - the choice is yours!
